We understand things change and that’s why we have an early lease termination clause in every lease agreement. Simply give the office a written 30-day notice to vacate and pay a lease termination fee equal to two-months' rent. Any concessions received for your current lease agreement will also be required to be paid back.

We welcome cats and dogs at Reveal Hackensack. Certain dog breeds are restricted based on our community policy. The following breeds are generally prohibited: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (Pit Bull), Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, all Husky and Malamute breeds, Rottweiler, and wolf/restricted breed mixes. Reveal Hackensack residents are permitted to have up to two pets per home. All pets must be registered with the leasing office at the time of move-in or upon adoption during your tenancy. Management must approve all animals.

Yes, a one-time pet fee of $600 is required per pet. In addition, a monthly pet rent of $55 per pet applies. All leaseholders and applicable occupants are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile prior to bringing a pet home.

We ask that all pet owners provide current vaccination records and, for dogs, a photo of the pet at the time of registration. All residents are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile. Residents with assistance animals may be required to submit appropriate documentation in accordance with fair housing guidelines.

Reveal Hackensack has outdoor parking for $90/space and 2-levels of indoor garage parking in each building for $135/space.

At Reveal Hackensack, parking is not included in the monthly rent, but parking spots are available to rent. No, electric vehicle charging stations are not currently offered at our community.
